The well-being and happiness of each and every girl is at the heart of King’s High.
Each girl is part of a tutor group, which is central to the girls’ day-to-day life in the Sixth Form. Led by a member of staff with particular Sixth Form expertise, the tutors have the overview for both academic and pastoral matters for the girls in their care. Girls meet with their tutors twice each day, and work particularly closely with them throughout the university application process.
Sixth Formers continue to be able to see the school Matron or our Well-Being Mentor. They may sign-up for Mindfulness classes, and can also benefit from bespoke coaching from staff trained in Child Protection.
The Sixth Form is led by the Head of Sixth Form, Mrs Charlotte Murphy, assisted by Mr Simon Cleaver.
