We are delighted to hear that Rosie in Year 11 has been shortlisted for the Young Walter Scott Prize 2022 for historical fiction for her story, Forever England,

The Young Walter Scott Prize is the UK's only creative writing prize for budding historical fiction writers. 

The final judges’ meeting takes place later this month and this year’s judging panel is being chaired by the writer, Elizabeth Laird. She will be joined by the Director of the Young Walter Scott Prize and the Imagining History Programme Alan Caig Wilson, Reviewer and writer David Robinson and literary agent Kathryn Ross.
